Integrated online and offline campaign helps college town condo community connect with interested residents.
To reach potential buyers and residents while building knowledge and awareness of Oakbrook Walk's condominium apartment community in the heart of Gainesville, Florida, just minutes from the University of Florida, Oakbrook Walk turned to INDIVO. Oakbrook Walk needed to upgrade an outdated online presence, collateral and corporate identity to better target graduate and undergraduate college students at UF. INDIVO analyzed the community's brand strategy and designed a fresh and appealing informational website with an interactive photo gallery of the community, floor plans, renting and sales information and virtual tours. Along with an updated corporate identity, INDIVO also implemented a traditional printed self-mailer campaign targeted to potential buyers.
