Refreshed, Elevated Design
INDiVO built a responsive website with an updated design showcasing the four pillars of the NEW YOU magazine, Health, Beauty, Red Carpet, and Beauty Awards, through category colors, featured home page sections, and organized category and sub-category pages and tags.
In addition, we integrated technology to support contact form submissions, email subscription submissions, blog post commenting with moderation, and social sharing while also providing a base for future functionality expansion.
Finally, we implemented speed optimization to improve website load time due to the site’s vast media library and thousands of posts content.
Equal access, ada compliance
We also built the website in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements to meet accessibility standards. INDiVO worked in partnership with the ADA Site Compliance team to review, test, and build in the necessary functions, tags, and technology that allows a viewer with visual or auditory impairments to be able to tab, scroll, or use a screen reader to access all ofall the content on the website.
To further improve site accessibility, we added the ADA compliance widget to allow viewers to quickly increase/decrease website text, contrast, and other display adjustments at any time during their visit to enhance the overall digital experience.
Lastly, we placed the ADA Site Compliance Shield linked to their compliance policy and commitment on the site.
