Philly PACK, a preeminent children’s dance- and musical-theatre education center, partnered with INDiVO to help breathe new life into their website. Due to the outdated design and cluttered navigation of the previous website, it could be challenging to register for classes or purchase performance tickets via the website. Our goal was to showcase the magic of their productions and comprehensive class offerings with an elevated design while enhancing the site’s functionality and streamlining navigation providing a user experience consistent with the client’s quality of programs and staff.
Our team developed an edgy and contemporary design for the entire site that captured the unique style of Philly PACK’s performances. On the Home page, we integrated a large hero video to immediately draw visitors in and set the stage for what they can expect from Philly PACK. We also added a section featuring their past and upcoming performances, allowing visitors to view their previous work and easily purchase tickets.
But we didn’t stop there. We worked with the client to update the copy and visual presentation throughout the site, ensuring it reflected their values, messaging, and quality of programs. We also focused on the user experience, providing simplified and easy-to-use navigation for visitors to access any information they need, from upcoming shows to registration to instructor details. The consolidated and organized schedule page is a standout feature that makes it easier for visitors to find what they need. And the new adult program page is an excellent addition to the site, providing valuable information for those interested in attending Philly PACK’s Performance Company classes.
On the backend, we made sure to provide a simplified editor that allows for easy updates. And, of course, we ensured the site was responsive and mobile-friendly so visitors could access it from any device. Finally, we integrated GA4 analytics, providing Philly PACK management with valuable insights into visitor interactions with the website.
