INCOMPAS was created to provide small businesses and individuals access to the same level of health, dental, vision, life and travel insurance products and services that ‘big businesses’ enjoy. To provide a website that includes the functions needed today, but can grow with the company, INCOMPAS turned to INDiVO. The agency devised a clean, professional, responsive WordPress website that the client can maintain. Using responsive web design, the client now has one website, manageable through one admin panel, that is easy for its customers to use regardless of whether they access the site on a phone, tablet, or PC. Functionality can expand as the company continues to grow and its needs change. As one example, once healthcare.gov makes its electronic interchange gateway available nationally, INCOMPAS will be able to add that access so visitors can file for Affordable Care Act exchange coverage and subsidies via the INCOMPAS website.
