Corey Maysles
President & General Operations
As one of the original founders of our firm, Corey oversees the general operations, financial, technology and administrative aspects of INDiVO.
Corey possesses a unique combination of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for applying technology to business and marketing challenges.
Balancing the availability of client resources against their market opportunities, Corey oversees the formation and implementation of each client’s technology strategies. He collaborates closely with the client and INDiVO teams to devise innovative ways to help attain the assignment goals, most effectively leveraging the arsenal of tools and technologies at our disposal.
After receiving a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida, Corey began his career as an Information Technology auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ever the entrepreneurial visionary, he founded SourceNet in 1995 as one of the first website development companies during the Internet’s infancy. Then, in 2001, he launched INDiVO as a full-service marketing communications company to expand the scope of support provided to his clients.
Some of the more prominent brands that have benefited from Corey’s expertise include Pepsi, Avatar, Mayors Jewelers, Dupont Sustainable Solutions, Coastal Training Technologies, Smirnoff, Stolichnaya, LaCroix, Rip It Energy Fuel, IVAX Pharmaceuticals, Magnivision, Werner Aero Services and Great Healthworks.
Al Buscaino
Executive Vice President
Al assists clients in formulating and implementing successful integrated marketing, sales support and educational programs.
Having worked predominately with entrepreneurial and “intrapreneurial” entities over his career, as a member of the INDIVO management team, Al is involved in general agency management, account service and strategic direction for the agency and its clients. Over his extensive career he has helped guide numerous successful product launches, line extensions and product transitions to mainstream audiences.

Shelby Triana
Account Executive
As an Account Manager at INDiVO, Shelby develops strong client connections and works with the team to steer varied projects, ensuring customized solutions that meet client objectives.
Shelby collaborates closely with clients to understand their goals, working with the INDiVO team to craft strategic marketing approaches and refine creative concepts within client resources. Beyond general administration and account management, she coordinates media schedules, advocates for client and agency interests, monitors campaign performance using analytics, and engages in production-related activities. Shelby’s project management skills enable her to navigate complex deadlines and coordinate diverse teams, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Shelby graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Advertising and a minor in Innovation, and before joining INDiVO, gained experience editing videos and photos and creating visual graphics for beauty and fashion brands. Later, in her role as Proposal Project Manager, she was responsible for the flow of the RFP process from beginning to end by working directly with creative and sales/ops teams to understand proposal requests, gather compliance information, identify deliverables, and develop a project plan for the healthcare, food & beverage, business, and educational client industries. Her problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail contribute to the success of each project she undertakes.
When she’s not working, she’s either spending time with her dogs, being active, exploring her love of art and creativity, or building new relationships. She’s always eager to learn and help others grow.
Ealasaid Witt
Senior Designer
As senior designer, Ealasaid (Elizabeth) is responsible for leading the implementation of creative for projects and campaigns developed within INDIVO.
She works closely with Corey, Al and the rest of the team to help assure core concept, photography, illustration, video, copy, typeface, tone, texture and functionality are on-target, expertly-crafted and elements are well-integrated.
Since 1998, Ealasaid’s experience with INDIVO encompasses a range of B2B and DTC clients for which she has developed product and corporate logos (including the INDIVO logo), brochures, websites, eMail blasts, exhibit graphics, point-of-purchase displays, ads, direct mail, illustration, multimedia and more. She takes tremendous pride in finding ways to creatively develop and produce Client assignments in an impactful way within available resources.
An accomplished fine artist and illustrator, when not working at INDIVO, Ealasaid can be found pursing her second love, wildlife illustration and pet portraits. With a solid foundation of related degrees in Graphic Design (1983) and Multimedia (1997), Ealasaid has a demonstrated love of life-long learning having successfully made the transition from print to the digital world.
Mark Bell
Programming
Mark has always found himself in the world of web development, proficient in all the right areas, eagerly learning and adapting with the changing tides of technology.
A veteran of the web that survived the early years of dancing hamsters and MySpace’s “throw it all at the wall and play music too” aesthetic, web developer Mark Bell is furry, cuddly, and near-sighted. Much like the disembodied voice in “Field of Dreams,” Mark’s oft-uttered “if you design it, I will build it” is both soothing and slightly haunting, but in a “can do” kinda way.
As the former owner/publisher of FilmThreat.com, Mark brings the experience of not just developing a site that will endure, but also what that means and entails for the client requesting the build; he knows it’s about more than just the code behind the scenes, but the reasons for the code and what the client wants. And lest anyone has any visions in their head of a guy slumped over a computer in a dark office for the last 20+ years (not far off but not accurate either), Mark has had an eclectic career that includes everything from being a seasonal snowboarding instructor to a professional film critic to a Montessori teacher (who was also in charge of adapting the classroom and school website for online instruction during the pandemic).
