Lake Ashton Campaign Encourages Retirees to Take the Leap
With the real estate market improving, Lake Ashton returned to INDIVO for assistance in creating a new theme and promotional campaign.
“Jump In” paired with targeted active adult imagery, invites the viewer to rediscover youthful living, to obtain the lifestyle they desire, and to stop procrastinating.
Once “Jump In” was approved, knowing it had to be used across several mediums, the next challenge was linking this concept to large, appealing graphics displayed on a series of billboards. After visitors arrived at the community and after meeting with a sales team member, the brochure provides information that reinforced what they saw and heard about the community. Inserts were developed to permit ease of updates and encompassed information about various features of the homes, community and surrounding central Florida area.
