Foundation Selects INDIVO to Exhibit Excellence

Apollo Beach, FL, January, 2011 - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE When the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation wanted to help improve visibility for the work of their Translational Research Award grantees,  they turned to INDIVO for help.

“We wanted a firm that understood the Foundation’s mission, that we felt comfortable would respect the legacy of our benefactor, Wallace H. Coulter, and could effectively interface with our university teams,” said Mara Neal, Director, Research Awards, Wallace H. Coulter Foundation. “The INDIVO team performed beyond our expectations.”

Trade Show PresenceINDIVO coordinated and managed the first trade show effort of the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation at AdvaMed’s MedTech2010 conference in Washington, DC. Working with the Foundation and 10 prestigious U.S. universities, INDIVO designed and supervised creation of a 20 x 40 exhibit.  INDIVO worked with Nimlok Gulf Coast  to utilize a quality, versatile rental structure. Balancing visual impact with providing individualized space for each university to represent their technologies, INDIVO devised custom graphics throughout.  To help improve visibility in the hall, a large, circular hanging sign was created and suspended above the exhibit space.

To help showcase   the universities’ technology presentations, and deliver cohesive and comprehensive presentations, INDIVO created a slide template compatible with the exhibit graphics.  INDIVO also worked with the meeting organizers to coordinate all the pre-meeting promotional communications to help drive traffic to the exhibit and technology presentations. Additionally, we created a 180-page, four-color book highlighting the twenty technologies presented, as well as other information about the universities’ technology transfer programs.  The exhibit was well attended and the universities garnered a significant number of leads during the two-day meeting.

"There was a lot of work to be done over a 90-day window," said Al Buscaino, EVP, Strategic Services at INDIVO. "Our team was honored that the Foundation trusted INDIVO with this important initiative. The translational research that is funded by the Foundation and being conducted at these universities has the potential of providing significant benefit to humanity.  We were pleased to have the opportunity to play a small part in furthering their mission."
